Course objective |
- To enable the delegates to appreciate and learn the principles and practices of effective auditing in accordance with the new ISO 19011 : 2002 standard to become competent auditors to audit the organizations Management Systems.
- This standard replaces the previous specific standards for Quality Management System (ISO 10011 Part 1 – 1990, Part2 & 3 – 1991) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14010, 14011 & 14012 – 1996).

- An assessment is conducted in the form of an examination for the participants at the end of the training to evaluate the completeness of the training / effectiveness of the training provided.
- A Certificate will be provided to every participant based on the result of the assessment.
